At some point in life, we all face challenges that feel overwhelming. You might be struggling with anxiety, low confidence, stress, or past experiences that still weigh heavily on your mind. Or perhaps you can’t quite put your finger on what’s wrong—you just know you don’t feel like yourself.
Counselling provides a safe, confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without fear of judgement. It’s an opportunity to talk openly, gain clarity, and begin working towards positive change.
Choosing the right counsellor is important, and that’s why I offer a free 20-minute initial consultation via phone or online. This is a chance for us to have an informal conversation, discuss what brings you to counselling, and see if we’re the right fit to work together. There’s no obligation—just an opportunity to take the first step and decide what feels best for you.
To book your consultation, simply get in touch via email or contact form.
I practise person-centred counselling, which means our sessions are led by you – your pace, your experiences, and what feels most important to you. There is no pressure, no set agenda, and no expectation to talk about anything before you're ready. This approach ensures that you feel truly heard and in control of your own journey.
I also use creative techniques to help you express emotions in ways that feel natural and comfortable. Talking isn’t always easy, so I incorporate objects like Russian dolls, coloured sand, shells, mood cards, and buttons – tools that can make it easier to explore your feelings and bring thoughts to the surface in a different way.
Each session is shaped by what you need, whether it’s space to process emotions, work through difficult experiences, or find practical ways to build confidence and resilience.
Counselling can support you through a wide range of challenges, including:
Anxiety & Stress – Feeling overwhelmed, constantly on edge, or struggling to cope.
Low Self-Confidence – Doubting yourself, struggling with self-esteem, or feeling stuck.
Burnout & Exhaustion – Feeling emotionally drained, unmotivated, or disconnected from yourself.
Depression & Low Mood – Persistent sadness, lack of motivation, or a sense of emptiness.
Relationship Difficulties – Struggles with communication, boundaries, or connection.
Past Trauma – Unresolved experiences that continue to impact your present.
Sometimes, you might not know exactly what’s wrong—you just feel off balance. Counselling is a space to explore those feelings and work towards a greater sense of clarity and well-being.
If you’re thinking about counselling, the best way to find out if it’s right for you is to have a conversation. I offer a free 15-minute consultation, so you can ask any questions and see if my approach feels right for you.
